telegraph.co.uk - Website Re-design (Article pages, Subscriptions, Account)
Essentially a complete overhaul of the Telegraph website which found itself lost in a sea of overpowering ads and lacking identity (in some cases the articles were completely secondary or lost entirely demeaning the value entirely). It had lost its focus, branding presence and was not delivering it’s key objectives of quality journalism and value to it's paying and potential subscribers as well as a problematic and confusing subscriptions platform.
Enhancement of the strategy approaching tiered subscriptions and the key of giving back value to the highly valued subscribers or 'members'.
Article/Story pages and Registration, Sign-in, Payment systems & My Telegraph member portal across telegraph.co.uk. New fully responsive grid, UX, UI, full deep dive design exploration, templates and recommendations across all aspects of the way the pages behave and work across responsive web.
Sign in and registration process, personalisation platform, forms, streamlined and refined payment process - including a very early integration of Amazon Pay into the portal, at the time a first for the UK.
