Unofficial vinyl only re-edit label Urban Myth (Felix Dickenson & Pete Z) - simple 2 colour sleeve, turned out to be incredibly expensive to produce, how I have no idea, it was 2 colours. 2 is definitely less than 4 whichever way you look at it.

The UM logo represents the hypnotic dance music beat, as well as the grooves in the vinyl, the multi layered sleeve echoes the multi layered dubby grooves of the music.
